All orders for each week need to be placed by Sunday.

In your cart, choose if you would like to pick up or ship your order.

If you are picking up, choose the date and time you would like to pick up your order.

For shipping choose the date you would like us to dispatch your cookies-we ship every Wednesday. Then at check out choose your preferred shipping method and transit time. Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance (or as long as the seasonal menu is offered) if you want to plan ahead!

But of course we also like to spice things up by sprinkling in a constant rotation of seasonal flavours too!

Cookies are fresh for 7 days from the date they are shipped. If you would like to extend your enjoyment time most of our cookies freeze great! See "Can I freeze my cookies?" for details!

Yes! Most of our cookie flavours freeze fantastically!

For best results: Place cookies (in their bags) in a tupperware of freezer bag before placing in the freezer. Then when you pull them out leave them in this second layer until fully defrosted. (For a single cookie transfer that cookie to another container when you pull it out.) This second layer helps the condensation build on the outer layer, less on the inner layer with the cookie.

The following flavours do not freezer as well in my opinion:

Strawberry Crunch, Raspberry Pistachio Sugar Cookie & Lemon Blueberry Crumble: The jam centres make them a little softer when they are froze.

Tuffi Frutti: The cereal top loses its crunch when frozen.

Toasted Matcha: The brulee top loses it crunch when frozen.

All cookies are individually sealed to preserve freshness.

Shipped orders are placed in a single layer in box, tightly wrap in bubble wrap. This box is then sealed in a mailer bag to keep your cookies safe from the elements.

Order by Sunday and we'll ship your cookies out Wednesday!

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our facility on the Wednesday of the shipping week you selected at checkout. Your order will be shipped via the carrier and method you chose, and we strive to ensure all packages leave our facility on schedule.

Shipping Times

Please note that while we ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays may occur and are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We do not assume liability for any delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Packaging & Damages

Our cookies are carefully packaged to help prevent breakage or damage during transit. However, once in the hands of the shipping carrier, Tree-eats is not liable for any damage that may occur in transport. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Warm Weather & Summer Shipping

We do ship year-round, including during the summer months. Please be advised that warm temperatures may lead to melting, especially of fillings and frostings. For best results during hotter months, we strongly recommend selecting an overnight or express shipping option at checkout.

Upon arrival, we suggest placing your package in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before unboxing to help the cookies cool down and minimize any damage caused by heat during shipping.
